Moving or Pushing a Domain Name from one Customer Control Panel to another
You can Move/push a domain name with all its related Services from your existing Customer Control Panel to another Customer, by following the steps mentioned below:Exceptions
Third level .ME domain names can be registered only by Montenegrin individuals and entities. Hence, these domain names can be moved only under a Customer whose Default Registrant Contact is a Montenegrin individual or entity.
Move operation is not available for .NZ domain names.
When a .TEL domain name is registered, the system automatically creates an account for accessing the .TEL Hosting Control Panel and sends the login details to the Registrant Contact. If moving of your .TEL domain name involves change of the Registrant Contact, then you need to update the email address associated with the .TEL Hosting Control Panel for this domain name. 1
Login to your Control Panel, search for the domain name which needs to be moved and proceed to the Order Information view. 2About Lock / SuspensionNote
If the domain name is Locked/Suspended, you will have to first get it Unlocked/Unsuspended before proceeding further.
For Resellers: If the domain name is Locked by you, you may proceed without Unlocking it.
For Resellers: If the domain name is Locked by Site Kreation, you need to get it Unlocked first. Contact us at http://www.xpcl.com.
For Resellers: If the domain name is Suspended by either you or Site Kreation, it needs to be first Unsuspended, before you can proceed.
Click Move Services link on the top right-hand side of the screen, to initiate the process.
Here, you would have to mention the following details:
New Customer's Id: The Customer Id is a unique number associated with a Customer's Profile. If you do not know the Customer Id of the new Account, you can find it by clicking the icon at the top right corner within the new Customer Control Panel.
New Customer's Username: Mention the Customer Username (Email Address) of the Customer Account where you wish to move the domain name.
About Customer DetailsNote
If you are moving the domain name under a different Reseller, but have not created a Customer Account under that Reseller, you need to correspond with this Reseller for your Customer Id and Username (Email Address) to move your domain name to this Customer Control Panel.
You will encounter the below error messages in case:
the Customer Username (Email Address) and the Customer Id you specified are not of the same Customer:Attention
The Customer username and Customer ID are not of the same Customer
the Customer Username (Email Address) and/or the Customer Id you specified are incorrect:Attention
Select whether you wish to retain the existing Contact Details after the domain name is moved to the new Customer Control Panel. This will keep the Whois Details of your domain name as is, even after moving the domain name. If you do not select this option, then the Contact Details will change to the Default Contacts of the new Customer Control Panel.About Contact DetailsNote
If you are Moving/Pushing a .ASIA domain name and choose to retain the existing Contact Details, then the current CED Contact would continue to be used, even after the Move.Additional Information
If you are Moving/Pushing a .ASIA domain name and choose not to retain the existing Contact Details, then the Registrar's default CED Contact would be used after the Move.
While Moving (pushing) a .CN domain name to another Customer Control Panel, the Default Contact of the new Customer cannot be associated with the domain name. Hence, the existing Contacts associated with the .CN domain name will be retained.
While Moving (pushing) a .ES domain name to another Customer Control Panel, the Default Contact of the new Customer cannot be associated with the domain name. Hence, the existing Contacts associated with the .ES domain name will be retained.
Upon moving a .PRO domain name to another Customer, the existing professional information gets associated with the new Registrant Contact (if Contacts are not retained).
You may Move (push) your .RU domain name only if the NIC-D contact associated with the domain name is not associated with any other domain name.
If the NIC-D Contact 5555555 is associated with both domain1.ru and domai2.ru, then you may not move either of the domain names.
While Moving (pushing) your .RU domain name to another Customer Control Panel, your existing Registrant contact information is retained.
While Moving (pushing) your .UK domain name to another Customer Control Panel, your existing Registrant contact information is retained.
Click the Move services to other Customer button.
Confirm that the Customer Account to which you are moving this domain name, is the one you really intend to and click the Confirm and Move button.
You may encounter an error while attempting to Move Services for a domain name, if:
One or more Services for this domain name are currently being processed.
There is a Pending Invoice for any Service associated with this domain name.
There are one or more Services under another Customer of this [new] Reseller.
If you have purchased domain name registration for yourdomainname.com through your Customer Control Panel with Site Kreation and have purchased another Product/Service for yourdomainname.com through Reseller B. Now if you try to move yourdomainname.com to another Customer Control Panel [say Customer Account of Y] under Reseller B, you will encounter an error.
One or more Products/Services are currently under the Money Back Period
In any of the above cases, the Moving or Pushing of the domain name is not possible and you will have to either:
wait for the processing to complete, or
Cancel any Pending process.
You will encounter the below error message in case the domain name is either:
Locked/Suspended at the Registry (and not under our system), or
a Transfer Away for the domain name to another Registrar is under process
Domain Status does not allow this operation.
You will encounter the following error message, if the status of this Domain Registration Order or any other service related to this Order is Inactive (under process) or Suspended. You will encounter this error for a Domain Registration Order under Pending Delete Restorable status too:Attention
Invalid Order Status
Other issues that you may encounter while Moving your domain name and their solutions are listed below:
Lock/Suspension applied at the Registry: Contact our Support Team at http://www.xpcl.com to know the reason for Lock/Suspension and how this Lock/Suspension may be removed.
While a Transfer Away is under process:
Cancel the Transfer through the link listed in the email sent to the Registrant/Administrative Contact of the domain name and then perform the required modification, or
Wait for the Transfer to complete and then carry out the desired modification at the New Registrar.
For Resellers: You may encounter the below error in case the [new] Reseller (of the Customer under whom the domain name is being moved) has not signed for this TLD (extension):Attention
Reseller has not signed up for this Product - <domain name extension>. So, we can't complete your request
In this case, the [new] Reseller needs to sign up for this domain name extension before the domain name can be moved.
You will encounter the below error in the case of attempting to Move / Push a domain name to a deleted Customer's Account:Attention
New Customer's status prohibits this operation
In this case, the Moving / Pushing of the domain name is not possible. In order to essentially Move / Push the domain name away from the current Customer Account, you will need to add / create a new Customer Control Panel.
Move action for a .CA domain name will get stuck and cannot be completed, if it is attempted during the initial 60 days upon:
Registration of the domain name, OR
Registrar to Registrar Transfer of the domain name, OR
modification to the Registrant Contact of the domain name.

You will encounter the following error message if the Customer you are moving your .DE domain name to, does not have a .DE Contact with either the Registrant or the Administrative Contact with the country as Germany.Attention
Either registrant or admin contact must be a resident of Germany
If your .DE domain name's Zone is not correctly setup, you will not be able to Move your .DE domain name, until you resolve this. You will encounter the following error message when trying to Move such a domain name:Attention
Unable to move. Your nameservers are not configured as per the .DE regulations.Additional Information
