To Renew your Reseller Linux Hosting Order

You may renew your Order for a duration ranging from 1 to 36 months.

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Reseller Linux Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 1

2. Click the Renew button.

   Note

   If your Reseller Linux Hosting Order has Expired, you will not be able to switch Plans, until you have Renewed your existing Order.

3. Select the duration for which you wish to Renew the Reseller Linux Hosting Order.

4. Click the Renew Order button.

5. Proceed to pay for the Invoice generated for the Renewal.

To Delete your Reseller Linux Hosting Order ^{(Anchor: delete)}

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Reseller Linux Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 2

2. Click the Delete Order link.

3. Click the Delete Order button to complete the Deletion of this Order.

   Note

   • If you purchase Reseller Linux Hosting Order for the same domain name, the 30 day refund guarantee will not be applicable to any such new Order.

   • The refund upon deletion would be given to you, in the form of a Credit Note.
