To Renew your Website Builder Order

You may renew your Order at anytime, for a duration ranging from 1 to 10 years.

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased the Website Builder Order and proceed to the Order Information view. 1

2. Click the Renew button.

   Note

   If your Website Builder Web Services Order has Expired, you will not be able to switch Plans, until you have Renewed your existing Order.

3. On this page, select the duration for which you wish to renew this Order, and click the Renew Order button.

4. Then proceed to make the payment and the Renewal would be effected immediately.

To Delete your Website Builder Order

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased the Website Builder Order and proceed to the Order Information view. 2

2. Click the Delete Order link.

3. Click Delete Order to complete the Deletion of this Order.

   Note

   • If you purchase Website Builder Order for the same domain name again or any of its domain aliases, the 30 day refund guarantee will not be applicable to any such new Order.

   • The refund upon deletion would be given to you in the form of a Credit Note.
